Is Rifael free to use?
Yes, completely free. You can create any type of raffle at no cost and with no usage limit.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you don't need an account for an instant draw. You'll only be asked to sign in if you want to schedule a raffle for a specific date and time, or check your history of past raffles.
What types of raffles can I run?
Eight: participant raffles, random numbers, team generator, spinning wheel, dice, social media giveaways (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), weighted tickets, and a random tournament bracket with automatic pairings.
How does the social media giveaway work?
You post the prize and share the generated link; people register with their username and social network directly from that link, no account needed. At the time you schedule, the draw runs automatically among everyone who registered.
Can I schedule a raffle to run live later?
Yes, for any of the eight types. A unique link is generated; whoever opens it at the scheduled time sees the countdown and the result happen live, without you needing to be present.
Is the result genuinely random?
Yes, each raffle is calculated with an independent random generator at the moment it runs, with no way to intervene manually once it's launched.
Can I download the results?
Yes, with an account you can check your history of past raffles and download each one as Excel, Word, or PDF.
Does it work well on mobile?
Yes, the site is mobile-friendly and can also be installed as an app right from your browser, with no app store needed.

1. Who is responsible for your data
RIFAEL — Raffle Creator is an independently operated tool. For any question related to this policy or your personal data, you can write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
If you create an account: your email and, if you sign up with Google, the name and profile photo associated with that Google account. If you use email and password, we don't see or store the password ourselves: it's securely handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).
When you schedule a raffle: the name you give it, the date, and the details you enter yourself (participants, prizes, and the result once it's run). These are linked to your account.
If you register for someone else's social media giveaway: your username and the social network you specify, with no account needed.
While you're preparing a raffle without scheduling it: those lists are saved only in your own browser, not on our servers, and we don't see them.
3. What we use this data for
So you can create, schedule and check your raffles; to show the result to anyone who receives the link to a scheduled raffle; and for your history of past raffles if you're signed in.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It's processed through: Firebase (Google) for the account and database, Netlify for hosting the site, and Google AdSense for advertising.
5. Cookies and storage
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads, which may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize them, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Before they're activated, you'll be asked for consent through the relevant panel, and you can change your choice at any time from there.
6. How long we keep your data
For as long as your account stays active. If you'd like us to delete your account and its associated data, write to us at [email protected].
7. Your rights
If you live in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you feel we haven't handled your request properly.
8. Minors
This service is not aimed at anyone under 14. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has given us personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
